Matatabi is a cat that looks like as if it is caught on blue flames. It looks like this, and it's appearance is quite spine chilling. If you think it is not scary, imagine it in real life. Matatabi was sealed into Nii Yugito, a shinobi of Kumogakure, the Land of Lightning. Just like Shukaku, many people believed that Matatabi was once a human who was turned into a living ghost. It was sealed into Nii Yugito when she was two years old and she was put under a detestable training program in order to learn and take control of the Two-Tail's power. In a cavern behind the Falls of Truth, jinchuriki learn to control and take the advantage of it's power and it also has paintings of Gyuki, the Eight-Tails, and Matatabi to show how long both the Tailed-Beasts have been in Kumogakure's possession. The nature-type of chakra that Matatabi uses is the fire element and like all the other Tailed-Beasts, it has a large unknown amount of chakra. Despite its size, it actually has flexible muscles, which grants it great speed. Matatabi is able to breathe fireballs enough for a sewer and the building above to be either engulfed in flames or exploded. When speaking to others, it speaks in a polite and respectful manner. Having a beast like this would be really terrifying at first, but every time you unleash it out of you, you would get use to the sight that it won't be overwhelming anymore.
